Methodology behind the candidate site list — applied to 12m-grid Cartosat DEM + parcel boundary overlay
- 12m-grid DEM sourced from Cartosat-1 stereo + IFSAR validation
- Pond eligibility: slope < 18°, catchment area > 2 sq km, downstream flow accumulation
- Farm-road eligibility: ≥250m of road per parcel cluster (DBSCAN ε = 600m, min_samples = 4)
- Cold-store eligibility: within 30 km of MSP-supported aggregation cluster, RPM-3 power grid
- Watershed: Strahler stream-order ≥ 3, drainage density score ≥ 1.4 km⁻¹
